Shipping on all products and projects is free!
Do you charge for returns?

No, returns are at my own expense so you have nothing to worry about should you need to send something back.
Can I swap a damaged product for a new one?

Absolutely! It is my goal to provide the best quality reenactment goods to you, so sending you a replacement while seeing where the first r product I sent you failed is a win/win. If your item was bespoke, however, I cannot swap it out, but I can credit you back your money.
I need to cancel a custom project, will I get a refund?

Yes, absolutely. Whatever your reason may be I will be happy to refund you your deposit.
